REFERENCE: Gas Landlord Certificates and Electric (PAT Tests)
The Company is able to carry out Gas Test's (Landlord's C.P 12 Inspections) and Electrical Test's P.A.T either as a combination or separately. We can also offer complete Electrical Periodical Inspection's with a Certificate. A detailed report on any defects or faults, that require rectification together with a detailed Estimate to carry out the works and cost breakdown.

Workforce & Area covered:
All our operatives have over 15 years experience in their trade. We cover central London and within the M25.

Electrical:
All our testing equipment is supplied by AVO Megger Ltd.

Our technicians attend on site to carry out a PAT test with an AVO Megger PAT 4DV/3 and Megger LCB2000/2 Combination Range Loop and RCD tester.

Defects or Repairs required:
We would contact you directly and advise you of any defect or repair required. GESC would then provide you with a detailed report and Estimate for the works, which we would be able to carry out or for you to seek an alternative quotation.

If our Estimate was accepted the works would be carried out immediately providing they were minor. If a boiler requires replacement or parts were required to be ordered we would endeavour to carry out the works within 48 hours.
